Online Bicycle Purchases

Bicycles purchased online are shipped partially assembled and require professional assembly. Proof of assembly (receipt) from a qualified bicycle retailer must be submitted with all warranty claims. Any claims submitted without a proof of assembly will be rejected.

Sunday Complete Bike Limited Warranty

Your purchase includes the following limited warranty, which is in lieu of all other express warranties. This warranty is extended only to the initial consumer purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long implied warranties last, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Sunday Complete Bike Frame Warranty

Steel frames are guaranteed against manufacturing defects (defined as a defect in materials or workmanship as delivered with the product) for 6 months from the date of original purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty. If frame failure should occur due to faulty materials or workmanship during the guarantee period, the frame will be replaced with the same or most nearly compatible frame then available. For frame replacement under the limited warranty, please contact the authorized dealer the bicycle was purchased from. Authorized dealers will contact us to initiate a warranty claim on your behalf. However, frames must be returned for inspection at the customer’s expense and include a copy of the original and dated purchasing receipt. International customers who purchase a bicycle from outside their home country are responsible for shipping to AND from Sunday USA. Please note: the fork is not part of the frame.

Sunday Complete Bike Component Warranty

Most non-proprietary components have a limited warranty offered by the component manufacturer directly. Please contact your authorized dealer for additional information on making a warranty claim on such a part. All other parts except Normal Wear Parts are guaranteed against a defect in materials or workmanship for a period of (90) days from the date of original purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty. If failure of a part should occur during the warranty period, the part will be replaced. Please contact an authorized dealer to initiate a warranty claim on your behalf. All parts must be returned for inspection at the customer's expense and be accompanied by a copy of the original and dated proof of purchase. International customers who purchase a bicycle from outside their home country are responsible for shipping to AND from Sunday USA. Normal Wear Parts, defined as grips, tubes, tires, cables, brake shoes and saddle covering have a thirty (30) day limited warranty. Claims against Normal Wear parts and missing parts must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please contact your local authorized dealer warranty assistance on components.

Sunday Complete Bike Aftermarket Frames and Components

All aftermarket frames and components used on Sunday complete bikes retain the original warranty that is assigned to the product for aftermarket sales use.

Translucent and Raw Finishes Are Not Covered By Warranty

Raw and translucent paint finishes can be prone to surface rusting in damp environments. Bicycles should be stored indoors.

Complete Bike Returns and Refunds

30 day return policy for bicycles purchased online. Must have proof of professional assembly and disassembly to qualify. Customer is responsible for shipping and assembly fees.
